Saudi Telecom Company (STC), provider of integrated mobile, fixed and broadband communications services, has selected Comptel Catalog for its new fulfillment architecture and also extended its partnership for additional licenses, services and consulting. Comptel catalog will enable STC to have greater flexibility in service creation, eliminate service delivery bottlenecks, and be increasingly responsive to customers and competitive initiatives. The solution in general enables CSPs to build and adapt marketable products quickly from established service components, minimising errors and improving the customer experience. It then orchestrates the delivery of those complex offerings across multiple service-specific delivery platforms, bringing new revenues with minimal delay and allowing an agile response to innovation and market changes.
