BASE Company Selects Astellia's CEM and Network Monitoring

BASE Company, the third largest mobile operator in Belgium has partnered Astellia, a leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, for a comprehensive customer experience management (CEM) and network monitoring solution.  The global project, spread over 5 years, consists of implementing Astellia’s Nova solution on BASE Company’s entire 3G and 4G network to encourage data usage, optimize data plans, etc.
