Network and subscriber intelligence solutions provider, Astellia announced that it has extended its existing 2G and 3G monitoring solution within Touch, the leading mobile operator in Lebanon, to cover their 4G network. With this, Astellia will be covering the entire Touch 4G network covering both radio access and core.
According to Astellia, in the earlier first phase, the company has enabled Touch to successfully improve voice and data Quality of Service and Quality of Experience as well as handset and 2G/3G network efficiency. In this second phase, Touch will not only be able to optimize its 4G network but also keep a close eye on its premium customers and roamers leveraging Astellia's CEM and roaming analytics, added the company.
