Chinese BSS vendor, AsiaInfo has selected GENBAND's Kandy communications Platform-as-a-Service (cPaaS) and fring white-label OTT offering to deliver advanced real-time multimedia communications to its customer base. AsiaInfo is deploying Kandy cPaaS to its BSS/OSS suite of software and professional services in China, where it claims to have more than 50% of market share in billing, CRM and business intelligence.
The solution includes Kandy-delivered OTT services and a newly developed multimedia contact center offering, further enhancing AsiaInfo's suite of OSS/BSS/CRM solutions. Kandy is GENBAND's cloud communications platform that allows anyone to embed contextual real time communications capabilities directly into business applications in minutes.
