Procera Networks, Tuesday announced an extension of its partnership with Zain Jordan to include analytics suite of solutions to its existing portfolio. The solution is expected to enrich customer experience and engagement and will provide Zain with a wider view of their users' behavior and deeper view of applications and user preferences.

According to Procera Networks, its analytics offering is an out-of-the-box solution that can be readily deployed by Operators, and can be utilized and enhanced through open access integration. The solution provides deep trend and usage statistics split per device, access type and customer segment. The operator has the choice to use Procera's web-based visualization or utilize its direct big data access to integrate the intelligence directly into third-party systems, said Procera Networks.

Zain is also deploying Procera's enforcement solutions with online charging integration (Gy) to enable monetization of over-the-top services by restricting and enhancing access depending on subscription type.
