Network service assurance firm, CommProve announced that the company is selected by Dhiraagu to provide its service assurance and CEM solutions to enhance the operator's existing 2G/3G network installation in the Maldives. CommProve said that the latest generation of real-time network monitoring solutions will provide capabilities to allow protocol analysis, end-to-end tracing, troubleshooting, and KPI Reporting, as well as several new Customer Experience Management (CEM) modules for LTE.
According to CommProve, the new 4G passive monitoring solution extends the existing CommProve 2G & 3G core network monitoring solution at Dhiraagu into the LTE environment.
