Intercity Telecom has signed a multi-million contract with Symsoft to design, implement and support new IN, Online Charging System (OCS) and USSD gateway. The new solution will consolidate the existing functions under one platform to enable Intercity to offer Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) services and to reduce operational cost.
