BBH, a leading broadband wireless access provider in Ghana has selected Alepo Service Enabler (SE) 9 – Alepo’s convergent charging, billing, and CRM platform – to support the growth of its 4G LTE, WiMAX and Wi-Fi broadband services including the introduction of planned IPTV services in Ghana.

BBH plans to provide market differentiation with new types of data plans and offers, a more sophisticated customer experience, and streamlined operations across multiple access networks and services. Alepo said that the Alepo SE will enable BBH to readily launch innovative prepaid and postpaid data offers for multiple services as well as ensure a rich, end-to-end customer experience at every stage.

Emmanuel Mensah-Baah, Director of Strategy at BBH, Ghana
The IPTV market is clearly in an early adoption phase in Ghana. However, BBH has a committed roadmap to deliver innovative and competitive IPTV services to enterprise and residential customers across the country.

Shivani Sardesai, Director Sales for Africa at Alepo
For BBH, an Alepo-enabled IPTV service is a very compelling business strategy that offers a unique competitive advantage and significant potential for growth.
