CSG Systems International, a global provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, announced that Nexmo, a pioneer in cloud-based applications for OTT providers, has chosen CSG Assure to verify the worldwide delivery of time- and content-critical SMS on behalf of its rapidly growing corporate customer base. CSG Assure’s network which has a footprint in 420 mobile networks in 130 countries, helps Nexmo to proactively test SMS delivery through various routes for fraud-protection and quality assurance.

“CSG Assure is like an insurance policy for our existing customers, all of whom require SMS in real time with appropriate content,” said David Vigar, director of carrier relations at Nexmo. “We have a culture of customer focus and innovation that calls for scalability and flexibility to match the exploding expectations of our growing customer base.”

“SMS aggregators are managing an increasing amount of SMS traffic around the world, and our SMS testing capabilities are unparalleled,” said George Fraser, vice president of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at CSG. “CSG Assure has become the de-facto standard for SMS testing in the industry; the timely and relevant content we provide allows our clients to maintain competitive differentiation while investing in innovation.”Source - CSG International (Oct 24, 2013)
