Sky Brazil Deploys Wedo's RAID for Revenue Assurance

WeDo Technologies, a worldwide leader in enterprise business assurance, has been chosen by SKY Brazil to implement revenue assurance system. WeDo's RAID will analyse the information from customer packages, rates and discounts in SKY’s current billing system and check that they are all correctly migrated to the new system. In addition , the software provides financial reports for company executives which can track key business indicators through a daily updated web interface.


"Besides eliminating errors relating to customer tariffs and products that could lead to revenue loss, WeDo Technologies’ solution enables us to guarantee that our customers are billed correctly following migration to a new billing system. This will help us to ensure that customer experience is not negatively impacted," explained SKY Brazil Controller, Claudio Akihama.
