As part of ensuring that subscribers on its network remain connected and continue enjoying adequate bandwidth on their mobile data service even when they are in congested venues, AT&T has recently deployed the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at the AT&T Stadium in Airlington.

The deployment saw its subscribers being able to stay connected during the friendly soccer game between Mexico and Argentina which took place on the 8th of Septmber.

According to AT&T, the DAS helped boost network capacity, allowing customers to use their mobile devices to capture and post images, share posts and updates. The second largest operator in the US saw more than 781GB of data crossing its in-venue mobile network from its subscribers during the match.
