Allot Communications Ltd, a leading supplier of service optimization and revenue generation solutions for fixed and mobile broadband service providers worldwide announced today it has received a follow-on order from an Asian Tier 1 mobile operator to support an LTE network rollout. The order includes the deployment of multiple Allot Service Gateway platforms to provide centralized policy control and charging, enabling the operator to drive new revenues by implementing value-based charging and offering its subscribers innovative service plans.
The announcement today, following the September 2011 announcement of the Service Gateway Tier 1 European LTE deployment, reinforces Allot’s value in enhancing LTE network rollouts.
