Openet, a global leader in the supply of real-time BSS (business support systems), Friday announced CLAdirect as its integrator partner for delivering innovative services for Latin America. The deal will enhance Openet’s commercial footprint across Latin America and the Caribbean markets. CLAdirect will be offering Openet’s entire product portfolio to mobile network operators (MNOs), multiple-system operators (MSOs) and fixed service providers across several LATAM regions.

According to Openet, CLAdirect brings in-depth knowledge of the technology landscape across Latin America, offering a broad range of market leading technology and value added services to its customers focused on network connectivity, optimization, security and applications solutions.

The alliance between both companies will enable CLAdirect to add bespoke, virtualized BSS solutions to its overall offer to increase market agility and flexibility and drive faster time-to-market. This includes Openet’s Policy Manager – which can helps service providers deliver an improved customer experience through real-time control of the network capacity, quality of service (QoS) and the enablement of innovative new services.
