Bahrain's Batelco Group's subsidiary, Sure which provides telecommunication services in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man has selected ENABIL to implement and manage the operator's convergent charging and customer care platform, which will be delivered through a private cloud model. The platform is based on Oracle's business support system (BSS) technology, and includes Oracle Communications Converged Charging and Policy Solution, Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine, and Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control. 

ENABIL said that the new solution offers convergence across all lines of business including mobile, fixed line/broadband and IPTV and the flexibility to manage changing market requirements and support the rapid release of new services. The company added that the Oracle solution will be enhanced by its Customer Experience Manager (CEM), a web-based, fully extendible product which offers a level of control and information accessibility that can provide a rich experience for the end user.
