MDS, a leading provider of billing and customer management solutions has inked a partnership with MATRIXX Software, provider of real-time charging and policy solutions to support service providers' transition to Digital Service Providers (DSP). MDS has integrated MATRIXX’s Unified Policy and Charging product into its Customer Management Platform (CMP). The combined solution is aimed to provide DSPs with new service capabilities for an end-to-end customer experience.

MATRIXX will enhance MDS' go-to market strategy by providing new, patented technology for real-time convergent charging and policy proven to handle the surge in digital transactions across 4G networks and advanced devices. The combined solution delivers the agility and innovation that today’s DSPs need to compete, said both companies in a statement.
