NEC Corporation and NetCracker Technology announced today that Turkcell Superonline, a leading data, voice and video service provider in Turkey, has opted to use NetCracker Operational Support System (OSS) solutions and NEC Turkey's services to improve and optimize B2B and B2C service fulfillment and assurance and drive operational and business agility. Turkcell Superonline is the only provider in Turkey to offer high-speed, ultra-broadband services to residential and business customers, including 1,000 Mb/s Internet access for residences and more than 10 Gb/s access for businesses.
According to NetCracker, its Discovery & Reconciliation, Resource Inventory and Network Planning & Design solutions will accelerate Turkcell Superonline's time-to-market and make more efficient use of its diverse network resources to enable the large-scale transformation. NetCracker added that the solutions will improve Turkcell's end-to-end fulfillment and assurance processes, help Turkcell increase operational agility and strengthen Turkcell's SLAs for business customers, enhancing its leadership in time-to-market and service quality.
