AIS, Thailand's largest Mobile Operator, has selected ZTEsoft's ZSmart QRun to launch the FBSS (Fixed Broadband Support System) for its network. ZSmart QRun enables a complete range of business and operational processes including planning and construction, service fulfillment and service assurance. ZSmart QRun provides AIS with a full set of convergent and pre-integrated design, BSS and OSS modules enabling rapid network deployment, accelerated product development, quick product launch, zero touch full-service fulfillment and closed-loop service assurance, including support for field operations.

ZTEsoft, a leading provider of telecom software, solutions and services, claims that AIS implemented the ZSmart QRun solution to support the end-to-end operations for its 36 million fixed broadband subscribers in just four months. ZTEsoft said that to meet AIS's requirements, it introduced the "pay as you grow", a business model which can balance network construction with business development while minimizing investment risk
