Mobily, a leading Group Mobile Operator based in Saudi, has recently signed a three-year contract totalling SR180 million with Accenture, according to Arab News. The contract covers application development services, encompassing end-to-end software development, delivery and implementation across Mobily’s business support systems (BSS) platforms to help speed the delivery and enhance customer experience across its operations in Saudi Arabia.
The contract covers implementation of standard processes, methods and tools for software development and deployment, as well as data analytics to track performance, monitor progress, and measure and target subscribers’ requirements.
