JT Group, the Channel Islands' leading telecommunications company has signed a five-year managed services agreement with Comverse to provide managed services for its converged billing solution to increase operational efficiency and also to help the operator to optimize costs, enhance the subscribers' experience and accelerate speed-to-market for promotions and offers.

  • Comverse will provide its BSS suite of application including application configuration management under the Comverse ONE BSS solution and via managed operations for the platform, covering rating, billing, payments, collection and journaling.

    According to Comverse, its professionals located in Jersey and in Comverse's Centers of Excellence in Europe will implement a continuous quality assurance process as part of the solution to ensure highest service levels for JT.
