Amdocs, the leading provider of customer experience solutions, Wednesday announced two new deals during its 2nd quater financial results announcements. The company received a five year deal with one of TeliaSonera's affiliate, Kcell JSC which is Kazakhstan's largest mobile operator for a business support systems (BSS) transformation project. The Amdocs solution will deliver end-to-end customer visibility, allowing Kcell to provide consistent and personalized customer experience across its pre- and post-paid lines of business.
The 2nd deal it received is from Transvision, an Indonesian provider of direct-to-home Pay TV services and a new Amdocs customer, for Amdocs' customer care and billing solution which will support the Operator's expansion plans. Amdocs will provide Transvision with a pre-integrated customer care and billing solution tailored for Pay TV operators, meeting Transvision's core requirements of accommodating rapid customer growth while enabling a consistent customer experience and reduced costs. Transvision delivers a range of high-quality, multichannel products and services to a rapidly-growing customer base across Indonesia.
