Magnaquest, a leading solution provider of Billing and CRM solutions, has announced that one of the largest operators in the Middle East will be leveraging on its SURE! According to Magnaquest, the operator, one of the first company to start providing internet services in Kuwait is part of one of the largest investment firms in Gulf Region with interests in 24 countries and through 60 companies. The Hyderabad-based company added that with a comprehensive convergent billing and monetization solution in place, the operator will be able to launch converged digital services in near real time, provide effective customer support and improve quality of service, leading to improvement in customer experience, reduction in churn, prevention of revenue leakages and improvement in ARPU.

Gomender Singh, VP Sales for Middle East, Magnaquest
This was by far the most important win for us in the region. Given their current growth plans, I think SURE! Suite will create the perfect eco-system that ties all the network and business systems together and create a robust and agile environment that allows operator to deliver the services with the much-needed customer experience. SURE! platform will definitely transform the way business is carried out.

Ramakrishna Mashetty, Chief Marketing Officer, Magnaquest
The timing cannot be better. They were at a juncture where the existing billing system ran its course and needed a new solution stack to help them take their business to the next level. We are happy to be enabling an emerging operator in the region while having a chance to be part of their growth story. I see our relation with the operator going a long way.
