Telenor Connexion, a subsidiary of Telenor Group, providing connected business solutions, strengthens its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by opening a new office in Dusseldorf, together with a team of Internet-of-Things (IoT) experts. The company said that the expansion will cater for the increased demand for connected business solutions in these three countries.
According to Telenor Connexion, its Head of Market & Partner Strategy for the German region, Andrea Sroczynski, has been building Telenor Connexion’s presence in the German market since 2011. With a new office in Düsseldorf and several additional IoT experts, the company will be ready to take its growth to the next level and further expand its market, it added.
Telenor Connexion's focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland, being the three German-speaking countries in Europe, said the company, also reflects its strategic response to the government's Industry 4.0 Initiative, which pushes towards Industrial Digitalization.
We see a strong demand in the German-speaking region that is driven by the Industry 4.0 initiative and increasing customer awareness. With our solution, Telenor Cloud Connect, we reduce the complexity of connected solutions and - through partnerships - offer everything from hardware to web-based software from a single source. All in order to enable the safe operation of value-added client solutions.
