Brite:Bill, a provider of billing solutions, has announced that it has been selected by Sprint Corp, the third largest mobile operator in the US, as its billing communications solutions provider. Its solution will enable Sprint to enhance customer experience across all channels through transparent, personalized and easy-to-understand billing communications, said Brite:Bill.
Brite:Bill also added that the deployment of its solution will meet Sprint's requirement for customer communications and billing analytics capabilities to improve billing relationships with customers and build engagement and loyalty, further strengthening the Operator's focus on delivering industry-leading customer experience. According to Brite:Bill, its solution uses light-touch integration to the core billing systems, pulling the billing data and displaying it in easily understood formats and enables dramatic improvements in the bill presentation.
