Mobileum announced that it will integrate its suite of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, including Roaming 360, Anti-Fraud Analytics, Experience Assurance, and App Testing Solutions with IBM Now Factory, a customer and network analytics solution for communications service providers. IBM's Now Factory solution delivers near real-time insights to mobile operators by analyzing massive quantities of network and business data in real-time, to help manage negative experiences and network outages, and at the same time help drive new revenue opportunities.

According to Mobileum, it will bring its carrier-grade telecom solutions delivery experience across 617 networks in over 170 countries to the Now Factory solution. Mobileum added that its resources trained and certified at IBM's Center of Excellence for CEM and Analytics will help deploy, manage and support the solution with assistance from IBM's support structure established for Now Factory.

Alistair Rennie, GM, Solutions, IBM Analytics
IBM's work with Mobileum deepens our ability to provide mobile operators with actionable analytic insights that significantly improve the customer experience. The combination of IBM's capability with Now Factory, combined with Mobileum's deep expertise, can accelerate our clients' success.

Bobby Srinivasan, COO of Mobileum
Most CEM solutions stop at detection of probable cause of experience degradation, while Mobileum's 'action' solutions can help fix those root-causes and that will be our value-add to Now Factory.
