ZTE has signed a cooperation framework agreement with U Mobile Malaysia to expand the operator’s 3G and 4G LTE networks across the country. U Mobile is Malaysia's fourth largest mobile operator that boasts Asia's first active 3G Radio Access Network (RAN) sharing, covering major urban areas in the East and West Malaysia. As part of the agreement, ZTE will expand and optimize U Mobile’s networks in Malaysia’s major cities, leveraging a comprehensive range of products and solutions from 3G wireless access, LTE wireless access, core network, power supply, bearer network, microwave transmission to professional services. 

As part of ZTE’s M-ICT strategy, the company said it is committed to provide customers with integrated end-to-end innovations to deliver excellence and value as the telecommunications and information technology sectors converge.
