T-Mobile’s MetroPCS prepaid customers can upgrade to Unlimited 4G LTE data for just $50 per month, the company announced. To enjoy the limited-time promotion, subscribers need to sign up by April 5. T-Mobile noted that there is 'no pre-planned end date' for the promotion. The unlimited data proposition is expected to deliver great value to prepaid customers, especially with the offer not indicating any usage thresholds or the throttling down of speeds once users consume a certain amount of data.

The offer is valid for MetroPCS customers with LTE connectivity handsets* or for those who purchase a 4G LTE-ready smartphone from MetroPCS. T-Mobile has laid out attractive entry level smartphones for the deal - Samsung Galaxy Light for $50 and the LG Optimus F60 for $60.

MetroPCS also offers all customers with existing 4G LTE data bucket an additional gigabyte of 4G LTE data. Just last week, T-Mobile unveiled its new Simply Prepaid monthly plan which bundles unlimited 4G LTE data, talk and text starting at $40 a month.

MetroPCS has a solid track record of giving customers the best value in prepaid wireless and schooling the competition at the same time. MetroPCS is at it again today with 4G LTE Unlimited for just $50 bucks, the best value anywhere!

*$50 promotional plan available only to customers with MetroPCS GSM phones with LTE connectivity. Bring your own device phones and CDMA phones are not eligible for this plan.
