BT teams up with Idomoo to incorporate personalized video capabilities into its Cloud Contact portfolio of services. The cloud-based service which allows creation and delivery of personalized video messages, enables video-based digital CRM solutions to be delivered to enterprise customers to improve communication with their end customers. The system allows personalized voice narration and individualized data, which ensures that each customer knows the video is uniquely his or hers.
