Comarch, a provider of complete telecom solutions, was selected to implement the Next Generation Performance Management platform (NGPM) for BASE Company, a major mobile network operator in Belgium. The new solution that was implemented in a Managed Services model and hosted at the Comarch Data Center, enables the Belgian operator to be able to proactively monitor network performance. Comarch teamed up with MYCOM to deliver the system to BASE Company.
According to Comarch, NGPM helps Base company to improve network performance visibility and manage the quality of services offered to its customers. Comarch added that the new system will enable the Belgian operator to better correlate network events, a key element in providing a comprehensive view of network performance. Comarch will also provide integrations and network upgrades, as well as define additional KPIs and deliver reports.
