Eutech Cybernetic, Singapore-based Smart Workplace solutions provider has selected Orange Business Services secured Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) 'Flexible Computing Express' solution to host and manage iVivaCloud™, its Internet of Everything (IoE) smart city service platform. The smart city service platform provides a suite of applications for smart cities, smart buildings and offices across an entire city and multiple locations via any device. The IoE platform is designed to deliver smart ways of managing traffic, irrigation, sewage, utilities and car parks for the shopping malls, new districts and industrial cities that are being developed in the Middle East.
According to Orange Business Services, using its Flexible Computing Express, Eutech is able to dynamically manage and scale the IT infrastructure required by its platform to support the rapid growth of smart cities market in the Middle East. Orange also provides Eutech with its “cloud coach service” as part of Flexible Computing Express, supporting the design and management of its cloud infrastructure.
Orange added that, by moving iVivaCloud™ from a public cloud to its private virtual data center cloud infrastructure, Eutech can guarantee its customers high levels of security and confidentiality. It enables Eutech to offer its customers private access to its applications via the cloud hub Business VPN Galerie or by connecting directly through Orange Business Services private network.
