BTI Systems, a provider of cloud and metro networking software and systems to content and service providers around the world, Monday announced that global data center provider CyrusOne is now deploying BTI's Cloud Networking and Data Center Interconnect Solutions in major metro markets. CyrusOne has deployed the BTI 7800 Series Intelligent Cloud Connect platform, the BTI 7000 Series Packet Optical platform with ROADM and the BTI proNX Service Manager with more projects ongoing, said BTI Systems.
According to BTI, CyrusOne leverages BTI's intelligent cloud connect platforms to increase bandwidth, rapidly and easily provision services and expand into new markets. The SDN-enabled BTI 7800 Series Intelligent Cloud Connect is purpose-built to integrate high-capacity optical switching and MPLS Label Switch Routing (LSR) with Network Functions Virtualization (NFV)-based applications to achieve massive optical performance, rapid services innovation and compelling economics for cloud and data center connectivity applications.
