Redknee Solutions, a leading provider of real-time monetization and subscriber management software, Wednesday announced that a leading communications service provider (CSP) in the Americas region, has signed orders worth more than $8 million dollars for its convergent charging solution.
According to Redknee, the new service agreements will enable the CSP to launch innovative data services and increase its competitive position in the market. The solution enables the CSP to deliver personalized offers, distinctive price plans and tariffs, real-time notifications and customer self-care, said Redknee.
