SLA Mobile Partners Actel to Connect Its Gobal Client Base to Direct Operator Billing

SLA Mobile has partnered with Actel, a major VAS provider in the Middle East and Africa to extend their list of digital and virtual goods merchants to Zain's Direct Operator Billing (DOB) subscribers.  With this, Zain's subscribers can purchase digital and virtual content from a list of Actel's merchants and charge the purchase directly to their mobile phone bill or use their prepaid credit.
