Cable South Media III Extends Partnership with Netcracker, Deploys Hosted BSS Solution

NetCracker Technology, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, has announced that Cable South Media III has agreed to a multi-year extension of its hosted managed services agreement, supporting its order-to-cash processes.

Cable South Media III, a U.S.-based cable operator delivering triple-play services, including pay TV, voice and broadband Internet access to residential and business customers in several southern states, will use NetCracker’s fully hosted ordering, provisioning and billing solution supporting all lines of service.

According to NetCracker, its fully hosted order-to-cash solution provides comprehensive ordering, billing, provisioning and operations management capabilities to CSPs and cable operators worldwide

"For years, NetCracker has been a strong and reliable partner, providing mission-critical aspects of our customer-facing service delivery and billing operations on a fully hosted basis. NetCracker provides the most reliable foundation on which to operate and grow our business.”
