Tier 1 MNO in CIS Region Signs Multi-year Support & Maintenance Contract with Defne

Istanbul, Turkey based Defne, a leading global provider of telecom solutions, software products and services, has secured a three-year contract, covering support and maintenance of Defne’s Converged Collect Call Platform from a leading mobile operator in the Common Wealth of Independent States (CIS) region.

According to Defne, the mobile operator will utilize Defne’s technical support and maintenance in order to provide innovative call completion and management services to over 14 million mobile subscribers on its 3G network. Defne added that using its suite of products - Converged CollectCall Suite including CollectCall, PokeCall, MicroCredit (HotOffer) and Friend & Family Service that enables user-friendly services and increases the rate of connected call,  the service provider is able to launch differentiating collect call services that increase revenue potential.
