Mediacom Communications, the eighth largest cable television company in United States with 1.3 million customers that are concentrated mainly in the Midwestern and Southeastern regions, has renewed its strategic partnership with CSG for delivery of a centrally managed communications and data platform across billing, customer relationship management, and third-party applications.CSG's solution portfolio which includes new offerings such as the CSG Customer Communication Center (CCC) and CSG Financial Forecaster are aimed at reducing call times, enhancing customer experience, and decreasing churn. CSG International, a global provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, said that the extension will broaden Mediacoms end-to-end customer care and billing solutions to expand beyond voice, video, and data into home automation and other lines of business that provide new revenue channels and build long-term customer relationships.
