SingTel Selects NetCracker's Service Fulfillment Solution for Enterprise Business

SingTel has selected NetCracker Technology and NEC to automate the end-to-end service fulfillment system for a faster rollout of new products and services bundles to the market and to enhance customer experience for its enterprise customers. 

NetCracker Technology, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation said that the new service fulfillment solution will establish a single, centralized network inventory database while bringing together SingTel’s service fulfillment, service assurance and network solution components into a seamless, automated process for resource checking, reservation and service activation.

SingTel’s Group Enterprise provides fixed-line, mobile and data connectivity services; cloud applications; and enterprise mobility capabilities for small, medium and large business and government customers across Asia.
