Gibtelecom Upgrades to Cerillion's Convergent Billing Solution Credit: Cerillion Technologies

Gibtelecom, the main telecommunications provider in Gibraltar has successfully deployed Cerillion Technologies CRM & convergent billing solution, enabling innovative service bundles and new enterprise offerings. The solution consolidated its entire portfolio of fixed, mobile, internet, and business enterprise services.

The turnkey project which was started about a year ago is already helping Gibtelecom to improve its operational efficiencies and provide a superior customer experience, said Cerillion in a news release. It added that the single convergent billing platform has reduced the time taken to process payments as well as halving the time taken to process Gibtelecom’s billing cycles, further improving operational efficiency and ensuring timely bill delivery.
