Vodafone Ireland launches 4G LTE service for its pay-as-you-go (PAYG) customers with its own budget phone -Smart Turbo 4 LTE handset for €99.99 bundled with Vodaphone Red PAYG for €30, credit that comes with unlimited calls and texts and 1GB of data for 30 days.
The Android 4.4 KitKat handset which has 4.5-inch FWVGA capacitive touch display comes with HD voice enabled, increased memory and pre-loaded essential Google apps such as Google Now and Smart Maps, powered by1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor.
Vodafone is on an aggressive 4G roll -out throughout Ireland and has covered six cities and over 220 towns to date.
