Canadian largest telecom provider and CSG International's long term customer has upgraded its interconnect management system to the latest release of CSG Interconnect to manage its wholesale partner management business. The new features and functionalities of the partner management and settlement solution supports more complex rate plans together with real time access to business and financial information.
According to CSG, the solution when deployed on the latest Linux blade technology brings significant cost reduction.
