NetFortris Unveils SDN-Based Cloud Communications Platform

San Francisco, California based NetFortris, formerly known as Telekenex, has unveiled its Cloud Communications Platform (CCP), an open software-defined platform that manages network and application resources. The NetFortis CCP provides secure cloud-based voice and data communications solutions, hosted productivity and specialized applications, and business devices to multi-location enterprises.

Services it offers include cloud-based PBX, call center application, integrated IP Phones and mobile devices, unified communications services, and purpose-built applications.

Through the NetFortris CCP, enterprises have access to on-demand analytics, automated reporting, customized security and policy control and simplified administration for voice and data communications.

NetFortis said that all its services are manageable through a rich "single pane of glass" administration console.  IT leaders can save time, realize cost and infrastructure efficiencies, and never have to worry about obsolescence of their voice or data services or applications, it added.

"The NetFortris CCP is a powerful platform upon which organizations can grow their business. Now, as NetFortris, former Telekenex customers have access to richer services and a wider variety of applications and devices than ever before.  To support these services, we've built a world-class support infrastructure, giving companies the support they need as they build their IT infrastructure on the NetFortris platform.  The early response from customers indicates that the company is poised for growth, and I look forward to working with our customers and delivering the products and services they require."
