Level 3, China Telecom Global Bring Video Cloud Solution to China

Level 3 Communications, through an agreement with China Telecom Global Limited (CTG) is expanding its Video Cloud Services to China. Level 3's cloud-based solution is a full suite of IP-based video services designed to support content delivery throughout its life cycle, from signal acquisition to delivery to viewers.

The agreement enables Level 3's content customers to access China's diverse consumer market while also allowing CTG's content customers to distribute content and media services globally. Additionally, CTG will provide access to Level 3's Video Cloud Services for its content customers who are looking to expand their own global audience base. In connection with this agreement, CDN nodes will initially be deployed in Hong Kong, with additional expansion planned across the region.
