Hrvatski Telekom Taps Tessares’ Multipath TCP to Offer Hybrid Fixed-Mobile Broadband Service

Hrvatski Telekom, a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary, announced that by using a hybrid technology that combines fixed and mobile networks, it is now able to provide 30 Mbps speed to more customers in rural and less populated areas of Croatia. 

By implementing Tessares’ Multipath TCP technology, this 30 Mbps offer will now become available to more residents in Croatia, both trough own retail and also through a wholesaleoffer of Hrvatski Telekom.
