Relish, UK's New 4G Player Partners Cerillion for BSS

Cerillion Technologies announced on Tuesday the go-live of its BSS solution with Relish, a new 4G communications service in London operated by UK Broadband, part of the PCCW Group. Cerillion implemented the Convergent Charging System, Revenue Manager, CRM Plus and Service Manager modules from its pre-integrated product suite, as well as deploying its Self Service solution to enable Relish’s end customers to buy online and manage their own services.

"Cerillion’s high availability Convergent Charging System gives us a competitive edge in how we price and package our services. Combined with the online Self Service solution we are able to deliver fully transparent pricing and a more compelling customer experience.”

- Ros Singleton, IT Director, UK Broadband

“In Cerillion we have found a trusted partner who understands our goals and has helped us to enter the market with a unique broadband proposition. Their pre-integrated BSS suite and flexible project delivery have been crucial to us achieving our launch and we look forward to further close cooperation in the future.”

- Nicholas James, CEO, UK Broadband

“The Relish business model provides a compelling case for both businesses and consumers to ‘cut the cord’ and use 4G for all their broadband needs. We are delighted with our partnership and to be helping Relish to usher in a new era of broadband service.”

- Louis Hall, CEO, Cerillion Technologies
