ZTEsoft Unveils New OSS/BSS Service Enabler Platform for Big Data Era

ZTEsoft has released the ZSmart 8.0 solution to enable Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to build flexible and stable BSS/OSS systems and to help them cope with the challenges of the data era and to deliver solutions for OTT, MVNO, M2M and enterprise customers.

The new service enabler platform which is designed around a more open platform, covers three major focus areas for CSPs –operations and maintenance (O&M), operation strategy and market-related operations. The system was designed to deliver significant improvements in three key areas – customer innovation and profitability, user experience, and O&M efficiency.

ZTESoft said that in response to the demands of the era of ‘big data’, ZSmart 8.0 provides a big data platform to give CSPs access to centralized data and deep data analysis.

"ZTEsoft is strongly focused on industry standards, and we have had excellent cooperation with the TMF organization throughout the development of ZSmart 8.0. We have taken TMF industry standards and specifiations into full consideration for ZSmart 8.0 design, and ZSmart 8.0 has passed TMF Frameworx 12.0 certification." “ZSmart 8.0 is built on an open platform with cloud computing architecture, enabling the easy development of third party software to build a harmonious industry ecosystem. Based on big data technology and a cloud computing platform, ZSmart 8.0 can help CSPs enhance their marketing and service innovation capabilities,” Mr Zhou concluded
