Indosat Ooredoo and Garuda, the national airlines of Indonesia are collaborating in an effort to optimize digital transformation through technology development in the service and operational lines.

The scope of cooperation includes the provision of 'Hajj Tracker' in the form of a Smart Wristband as a solution to the needs of Hajj and Umrah congregations. The tracker is equipped with multifunction dashboards ranging from GPS, SOS button, to health tracker, implementation of Inventory on Board applications using digital tablets for the initial stage. The collaboration will also involve the development of a 'Smart Warehouse' to improve Garuda Indonesia's cargo services, as well as providing Cloud PABX, SD-WAN, and Managed Cloud security services.
