Maxcom Mexico Selects NetCracker for OSS Transformation

Maxcom, an integrated, quad-play communications service provider serving key metropolitan markets in Mexico, has selected NetCracker to deliver a large-scale OSS transformation, replacing their existing third-party OSS solution. The transfomation to NetCracker’s end-to-end, next-generation OSS solution is expected to enable Maxcom to strengthen its control over network resources and service provisioning processes, driving greater service fulfillment accuracy across its territories and reducing its network-related OpEx and CapEx.

Netcraker said that Maxcom will also use a variety of NetCracker professional services, including solution design, analysis and configuration; data migration; testing; and integration with a range of systems including CRM, number portability and network elements for activation. Netcraker's OSS solution porfolio offered to Maxcom includes Resource Inventory, Service Inventory, Service Information Management, Service Order Management, Service Activation and Service Problem Management solutions. These solutions will accelerate Maxcom’s order fulfillment and new service introduction processes.
