Procera Showcases Real-Time Analytics and Innovative Service Personalization for Middle East Operators
Procera Networks has announced the introduction of new and innovative solutions for operators in the Middle East to enable monetization of over-the-top cloud-based services. Procera presented and showcased these new solutions during the LTE MENA Conference, which took place in May 11-13, 2014, at the Conrad Hotel in the city of Dubai. The conference had many presentations from mobile operators that emphasized that they believed that the quality and performance of their networks would allow them to compete more effectively in the market and enable them to better monetize their network.

Procera said that these new solutions are the driver for it’s rapid market growth in the Middle East region, and the recent addition of du (Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company ) to its portfolio, which saw the deployment of PacketLogicTM real time analytics and subscriber management solutions is the prove for that. The PacketLogic platform allows du to offer advanced services capability in their network core even as they are experiencing significant traffic growth across their fixed and mobile networks.

According to Procera, its recent announcements of its suite of solutions - Network Function Virtualization, Dynamic LiveView, Internet Intelligence Insights, Customer Care Insights, and Service Plan Assurance - demonstrate Procera’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience across fixed and mobile networks, and enable network operators to maintain service quality while rapidly creating new business models for financial success.

With the increase in social networking and streaming video traffic, fixed and mobile operators are looking for solutions that enable them to gain insights into their subscribers’ behavior and take action to enhance their customers’ quality of experience. This requires flexible solutions that can scale in performance as well as with subscriber growth, and deliver enhanced services that enable new business models that increase ROI.”
