Vivacom, Bulgaria’s leading quad-play service provider, has selected Netcraker to upgrade to real-time, converged BSS platform. The contract includes a five-year extension and professional services agreement. The new platform will enable converged real-time transaction capabilities for Vivacom's mobile, fixed-line, broadband and pay-TV services.
Vivacom said that by using the single platform for all of its quad-play services, it will increase automation and accelerate time to market for new services and offers while reducing overall operational costs. Furthermore, Vivacom will benefit from enhanced real-time transaction capabilities as well as the highest level of transactional security.
