Viettel Group has selected ZTEsoft's ZSmart 8 iCS (intelligent charging solution) for its trials to develop innovative data service plans for users in Vietnam. The project is part of a joint effort by Viettel Group and ZTEsoft to offer improved user experience to consumers and optimize the marketing of new services. The latest partnership further strengthens ZTEsoft’s relationship with Viettel.
According to ZTEsoft, ZSmart iCS solution offers operators 5 key capabilities: Next generation Online Charging System (OCS) with brand-new architecture and platform, Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) to provide unified price and view for new service promotion, Multi-Channel Campaign Management (MCCM) to enable multi-channel marketing capability, DataMall to realize transparent charging for improved user experience and ZSmart Monitor Center (ZMC) to enhance system control capability
