Globe Telecom, one of the largest and fastest growing mobile, fixed line, and broadband operators in the Philippines, is leveraging Incognito's Digital Home Experience Solution for its home broadband.

A division of the Volaris GroupIncognito Software Systems provides software and services to help digital service providers manage and monetize broadband services.

With Incognito's remote management system, Globe will be able to resolve home connectivity issues faster and improve overall in-home customer experience. Globe also plans to expand the deployment of the Incognito solution through the addition of new network technologies, onboarding of new devices, and extensions to the proactive care channels.
